本文以丽水学院音乐学(教师教育)专业的应用型人才培养为例,在挖掘、整理、研究、传承和创新丽水地方传统音乐——尤其是少数民族(畲族)传统音乐,并将研究与创作成果融入音乐学专业的应用型人才培养方面,走出了一条属于自己的、“人无我有、人有我优、人优我特”的特色之路。由此,证实富于地方特色的传统音乐教学,在地方高校音乐应用型人才培养方面所起到的作用是不可估量的。同时,也为地方音乐如何熔铸并提升地方高校音乐人才培养,提供一个可资参考的研究实例。
Taking the application of professional talents in music education (teacher education) of Lishui University as an example, this paper digs, arranges, studies, inherits and innovates the local traditional music in Lishui, especially the traditional music of ethnic minorities (Shezu), and puts the research and creation Achievements into the professional application of music professionals training, out of a belonging to their own, “I have no people, I have gifted, gifted people I special,” the characteristics of the road.
