Many cities in China have launched trials of community health services and are gradually gaining experience. The author discusses how the hospital conducts community health services as follows: 1 Necessity of carrying out community health services 1.1 As the number of retired workers increases, the proportion of elderly patients in the clinic gradually increases, coronary heart disease, hypertension, and respiration. The incidence of chronic non-communicable diseases such as systemic diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, and diabetes is also increasing. These diseases have long course of disease, poor prognosis, easy recurrence, and high cost. The clinical treatment alone cannot meet the needs of patients.
