运用焦虑自评量表对 30例练习气功者进行练功前后测查。结果显示 ,练气功能缓解身体疾病伴发的焦虑。
Using the self-rating anxiety scale, 30 cases of Qigong practitioners were examined before and after practicing exercises. The results showed that the qi function relieves the anxiety associated with physical diseases.
