跨世纪青年文明工程在我省全面启动和实施已有3年多的时间了。3年来,各级团组织结合本地区、本单位、本行业的特点和广大青少年的思想实际,创造性地开展工作,积累了许多宝贵的经验。如何在新的形势下,贯彻十五大精神,进一步实施跨世纪青年文明工程建设,笔者认为,应正确处理好两方面的关系。一、处理好加强青少年思想道德文化建设和实施跨世纪青年文明工程之间的关系。提高广大青少年的思想道德素质是实施跨世纪青年文明工程的根本任务,加强青少年的一思想道德文化建设的关键就是要坚持用科学的理论来教育青少年,武装青少年。因
