低钾血症致失语少见,现报告1例如下。 患者,男性,22岁。因腹痛、腹泻、呕吐1天。失语、四肢无力2小时于1998年12月25日急诊入院。病前有不洁食物史,既往无四肢瘫痪病史。查体:T37.8℃,R18次,P82次,BP12/8kPa,皮肤无发绀,表情呆滞,心率82次,心音稍低纯,双肺听诊正常,腹软,脐周压痛,肠鸣音活跃。神经系;自知力存在,失语,皮肤感觉正常,颅神经正常,双上肢肌力Ⅲ级,双下肢肌力Ⅱ级,肌张力低,跟腱反射减弱,膝反
