已研制出一种制作玻璃-金属封接的新技术。这种技术是在封接中采用氮化硅层作衬底,或者又作封接中的金属/金属-氧化物层。这种方法比一般的玻璃-金属封接技术的优点要多。
A new technique for making glass-to-metal seals has been developed. This technique uses a silicon nitride layer as a substrate in the seal, or as a metal / metal-oxide layer in the seal. This method has more advantages than the typical glass-to-metal sealing technique.
