当前高等职业教育的重点是提升教育质量,培养应用型人才,这一目标的达成,必须加强职业教师教育教学能力的建设。而教师教学能力的建设与其教学观的建构过程是密不可分的。教师教学观的建构是其不断学习、研究、实践、反思的循环往复的过程。高职教师教学观的建构,不仅需要教师自身不懈的努力学习,还需要学校建立良好的教学环境为之提供保障,充分激发教师参与教育教学的积极性与主动性。
At present, the emphasis of higher vocational education is to improve the quality of education and to cultivate applied talents. To achieve this goal, we must strengthen the construction of professional teachers’ teaching and learning ability. However, the construction of teacher’s teaching ability is inextricably linked with the construction of teaching conception. The construction of teachers’ teaching view is the process of continuous study, research, practice and reflection. The construction of the teaching concept of higher vocational teachers not only requires the teachers to make unremitting efforts to study, but also needs the school to establish a good teaching environment to provide guarantee for it, and to fully stimulate teachers’ enthusiasm and initiative in participating in education and teaching.
