尖锐湿疣(VW)以往在雁同高原地区是少见病,近年来明显增多。VW疗法虽多但疗效不一。1991年我们对12例患者采用液氮冷冻治疗,不仅全部治愈,而且消除了4例性行为障碍等并发症。 临床资料:12例全部为男性。年龄15～44岁,平均31岁。职业:农民2例,工人3例,干部7例,婿姻:10例已婚,2例未婚。病期:短者10天,长者60天,平均27天。皮损分布:冠状沟10例,包皮和肛周各6例,龟头和阴囊各2例,包皮系带和大腿根内侧各1例。
Condyloma acuminatum (VW) in the past geese in the wild plateau is rare, significantly increased in recent years. VW therapy, but the effect is different. In 1991, we treated 12 patients with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy, which not only completely cured but also eliminated 4 complications such as sexual behavior disorder. Clinical data: All 12 patients were male. Aged 15 to 44 years old, average 31 years old. Occupation: 2 cases of peasants, 3 workers, 7 cadres, marriage law: 10 married and 2 unmarried. Disease period: a short 10 days, the elderly 60 days, an average of 27 days. Distribution of lesions: coronary sulcus in 10 cases, foreskin and perianal in 6 cases, glans and scrotum in 2 cases, the foreskin lace and the thigh in 1 case.
