简要介绍某炼油厂酮苯脱蜡油溶剂回收工艺，定性地分析了如何在保证回收溶剂质量的前提下，尽量降低回收装置的能耗，并介绍了该装置优化控制的硬件设备、软件系统构成。其中重点介绍了智能数据库、专家控制系统以及智能报警等功能的实现。
This paper briefly introduces the solvent recovery technology of ketone-benzene-dewaxing oil in a refinery. It analyzes qualitatively how to reduce the energy consumption of the recovery device under the premise of ensuring the quality of the recovered solvent, and introduces the hardware and software system of the device for optimal control . Which focuses on the intelligent database, expert control system and intelligent alarm functions.
