英汉两种语言属于不同的语系,彼此的文化背景和思维方式差异很大,要克服语言的障碍,必须先了解文化的不同。中国学生对西方文化的缺乏导致他们在学习英语的过程中遭遇诸多障碍。本文从不同的方面分析所出现困难的现象和原因,并提出建议。本文再次证明,光重视英语语言学习,不重视文化内涵的认知,只能取的只见其形,不见其神的效果。
English and Chinese two languages belong to different languages, each other’s cultural background and way of thinking very different, to overcome the language barrier, we must first understand the cultural differences. Chinese students lack of Western culture led them to encounter many obstacles in the process of learning English. This article analyzes the causes and causes of difficulties that have emerged from different aspects and makes recommendations. This article proves once again that paying more attention to English language learning and paying less attention to the cognition of cultural connotation can only be seen in its shape and its effects are not seen.
