本文通过研究目前北京市区中心地区若干重点地区地下空间开发利用的经验与问题,提出了北京城市重点地区地下空间开发利用的布局策略与规划原则,并尝试确定地下空间开发利用的重要地区及主要节点,最后对典型地区的地下空间开发利用进行了有针对性的探讨.
