学习动机是直接推动学生进行学习的一种内部动力,是一种学习的需要。一般来说,大学生都有学习的需要,但要使它真正变成学习中经常起作用的、有效的动力,还必须采取相应的措施,利用一定的诱因把已经形成的学习动机激发起来,使之由潜伏状态转人活动状态,成为实际上起推动学习作用的内部动因,从而调动学习积极性,提高学习效果。在教学过程中,如何利用各种诱因去激发学生的学习动机,是教育研究的一项重要课题。许多教师都在这方面进行了有益的偿试。
