锦西水泥厂过去在开展竞赛工作上有个别领导同志认为:“竞赛发动难,发动起来坚持难,坚持下去评比难.”以致竞赛时紧时松,不能正常进行.1956年,党委加强了领导,多次组织干部学习,反复贯彻中央指示,逐渐感到加强竞赛领导工作是能否把竞赛开展得好的主要关键问题.行政认识到领导竞赛是依靠职工群众搞好生产和提高改造管理工作的重要方法,工会认识到搞好生产主要是要领导好竞赛.行政和工会紧密配合,双方主动,共同负责,从而有力的推动了竞赛工作的健康发展.
In the past, Jinxi Cement Co., Ltd. held some competitions in which leading comrades said: “The competition was difficult, it was difficult to start up, and the assessment was hard.” In 1956, the party committee strengthened its leadership , Organized cadre studies many times and repeatedly implemented the instructions from the Central Government, gradually feeling that strengthening the leadership of the competition is the key issue for whether the competition can be carried out well.Administrative leadership recognizes that it is important for the leadership race to rely on the masses of workers to do a good job of production and to improve the management of reconstruction. Method and the trade unions realized that the main task of doing a good job in producing production was to lead and contest the competition, and the administration and the trade unions worked closely with each other and took the initiative and responsibility jointly, thus effectively promoting the healthy development of the competition.
