治疗组31例,方法是成人1.6～2.6g/日,儿童50mg/kg/日,3～4次分服,不能口服者胃管注入或剂量加倍保留灌肠,1～2周为1疗程。对照组28例,肌注或静滴青霉素钠盐或/和四环素,其他治疗两组相同。结果是治疗组治愈30例,死亡1例;对照组治愈25例,死亡3例。两组对比有较明显差异。平均抽搐控制时间治疗组7天,对照组11天,明显缩短。住院平均天数治疗组比列照组缩短4.3天。认为灭滴灵是治疗破伤风很有希望的药物。
