血栓性微血管病是人类免疫缺陷病毒 (HIV)感染病人常见的并发症 ,其发病率不断上升 ,已引起广泛重视。本文就近年来HIV相关血栓性微血管病的有关研究进展作一综述。

Thrombotic microvascular disease is a common complication of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. The incidence of thrombotic microvascular disease is rising and has drawn wide attention. This review summarizes the research progress of HIV-related thrombotic microangiopathy in recent years.
