目的 :观察锰染毒后大鼠体内脂质过氧化水平的改变 ,为锰的毒作用机制研究提供依据。 方法 :以氯化锰为受试物 ,雄性 Wistar大鼠为受试对象 ,测定其脏器脂质过氧化水平。 结果 :氯化锰经口饮水染毒后 ,大鼠各脏器超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)均明显下降 ,谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)亦有不同程度改变 ,而巯基 (- SH)含量仅肝脏变化较明显。 结论 :一定剂量的锰可引起大鼠体内脂质过氧化水平的改变 ,而这种变化很可能是锰的毒性效应途径之一
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of lipid peroxidation in rats after manganese exposure, and to provide the basis for the study of the toxic mechanism of manganese. Methods: Manganese chloride was used as test substance and male Wistar rats were used as test subjects to measure the level of lipid peroxidation. Results: After exposure to manganese chloride, the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in each organ of rats decreased significantly, GSH-Px also changed to some extent, (- SH) content only changes in the liver more obvious. CONCLUSIONS: A dose of manganese can cause changes in lipid peroxidation in rats, and this change is likely to be one of the pathways of manganese toxicity
