国内外对许多遗传性疾病从群体遗传学角度研究得不是很多,国内涉及回族的工作基本缺如。这类工作主要包括研究遗传病的种类、分布、患病率、遗传方式、基因频率及多基因遗传病的遗传度等问题。它是医学遗传学的预防医学部分,可提供优生研究的素材,是一项着眼于并服务于群体的重要工作。
Many genetic diseases at home and abroad have not been studied much from the perspective of population genetics, and the work on the Hui nationality in China is basically absent. This kind of work mainly includes the study of genetic diseases, such as the type, distribution, prevalence, genetic patterns, genetic frequency and polygenic disease genetics and other issues. It is a preventive medicine part of medical genetics that provides material for eugenic research and is an important endeavor that focuses on and serves the community.
