国家水产总局于二月五日至三月一日在北京召开了全国水产工作会议,各省、市、自治区财办、农办、水产部门和渔业重点县的负责同志,水产科研部门和国务院有关部委的代表,共二百五十多人参加了会议.国务院财贸小组副组长林海云也出席了会议.国务院副总理王任重在会议期间听取了汇报,并讲了话.会议根据党的十一届三中全会精神,总结了近三十年来水产工作的经验教训,研究了水产工作的调整和着重点的转移问题,统一了认识,制定了加速发展水产生产的方针、政策和措施.
