近年来乡镇企业发展很快,全国各省市相继涌现出许多颇具特色的典型,取得了较好的经济效益。1983年我国乡镇企业的总收入达928.7亿元,约占农村经济总收入的四分之一。在乡镇企业内就业的农村劳力达3,200万人,占农村总劳力的9.3%,已逐步成为繁荣农村经济、增加农民收入、开展多种经营的重要组成部分,为改变我国农村的经济而貌作出了贡献。但如何进一步发展乡镇企业,仍有待于深入研究。
