92 cases of elderly diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from February 2011 to March 2012 were randomly divided into two groups according to hospital admission dates, 46 cases in each group, of whom the control group was given routine management and the observation group patients were given full course Of the health management, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose between the two groups (P> 0.05). However, the blood glucose levels decreased in both groups after treatment and after treatment, but the blood glucose levels decreased significantly (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 13.04%, and the incidence of complications in the control group was 30.43%. According to the statistical analysis, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Whole-body health management can effectively control the blood sugar level of diabetic patients, reduce the incidence of diabetic complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
