对烟草不同生长时期烟蚜MyzuspersicaeSulzer种群的时空动态及抽样技术进行了系统研究。结果表明:烟草不同品种和不同日期的烟蚜种群数量有极显著差异。烟草各生长时期三个品种上烟蚜种群呈聚集分布,聚集强度变化有明显的季节规律。本文还利用种群聚集均数λ值分析了种群聚集的原因,通过Taylor和Iwao的方法描述了烟蚜种群空间格局的特性为聚集型且个体间相互吸引,确定了在一定精确度水平下最适理论抽样数模型n=1D2(55.93/x+5.12),序贯抽样模型Tn=55.93/(D2-5.12/n),且n>5.12/D2。
The spatiotemporal dynamics and sampling techniques of Myzus persicae Sulzer populations in different growth stages of tobacco were systematically studied. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the population of Myzus persicae between different tobacco varieties and different dates. The population of Myzus persicae was aggregated and distributed on three varieties of tobacco in each growth period, and the seasonal variation of aggregation intensity was obvious. In this paper, we also analyze the reason of population aggregation using the λ value of population aggregation. By Taylor and Iwao ’s method, we describe the characteristics of population spatial pattern of population population as aggregation type and mutual attraction between individuals, and determine the optimum The theoretical sampling number model n = 1D2 (55.93 / x + 5.12), the sequential sampling model Tn = 55.93 / (D2-5.12 / n), and n> 5.12 / D2.
