与工作有关疾病是一类发生在职业人群中比较常见的疾病。职业因素是促使该类疾病的发生和发展的重要原因之一。本文选择了某纺织机械厂铸造车间工入为接触组并以某钟表元件厂的工人为对照组,于1991年10月至12月进行了调查,为预防和控制这类疾病提供依据。对象与方法一、对象某纺织机械厂铸造车间男性工人313名(以下简称铸工)在高温(夏季平均室内外温差1.6℃),噪声(83~104dBA)的环境下从事较重体力劳动,钟表元件厂男性工人181名(以下简称钟表工)为对照,在恒温环境下工作属轻体力劳动。上述工人的工龄均大于一年,年龄在20~60岁之间。
Work-related diseases are a type of disease that occurs more often in occupational groups. Career factors are one of the important reasons for the occurrence and development of such diseases. This article selected a textile machinery plant foundry workshop into the contact group and a watch component factory workers as a control group, conducted investigations in October 1991 to December 1991, to provide a basis for the prevention and control of these diseases. Objects and methods 1. 313 male workers in the casting workshop of a textile machinery factory (hereinafter referred to as casters) engaged in heavier manual work at high temperatures (average indoor and outdoor temperature difference of 1.6 °C in the summer) and noise (83 to 104 dBA). 181 male factory workers (hereinafter referred to as watchmakers) are the controls. Working in a constant temperature environment is a light manual labor. The workers mentioned above have a working age of more than one year and are between 20 and 60 years old.
