绵阳市中心医院是一个有着54年历史的综合性医院,在编1100名职工中有大、中专学历的占85%以上,有各类专业技术人员600余人,其中高级职称者71人,中级职称者253人。在改革开放的今天,医院毫不例外地受到了商品经济的冲击,一部分知识分子思维相当活跃,有的提出分科承包或个体行医,有的想出去做生意,办实体,还有的想搞第二职业,都希望尽快在市场经济中得到实惠。如果技术力量分散,各人自找门路,医院又怎么办下去?
Mianyang Central Hospital is a comprehensive hospital with a history of 54 years. Among the 1100 employees, 85% of them have major or secondary technical qualifications. There are more than 600 professional and technical personnel, including 71 senior professional titles. There are 253 professional titles. In today’s reform and opening up, hospitals have, without exception, been affected by the commodity economy. Some intellectuals are quite active in thinking. Some have proposed sub-contracting or individual practice, some want to go out to do business, do entities, and others want to make a difference. Both careers hope to gain benefits in the market economy as soon as possible. If technical power is dispersed, everyone will find their own way. How will the hospital continue to do so?
