通钢是老国有企业,地处偏远山区,工艺装备水平不高、劳动生产率较低、历史包袱沉重等诸多不利因素,使通钢陷入持续亏损境地,特别是企业失血严重、资金链风险问题与淘汰落后装备、推进大型化改造问题相互叠加,干部职工思想波动、心理焦虑等不稳定因素相互交织,给企业稳定工作带来巨大压力。在开展“三严三实”专题教育活动中,通钢党委深刻认识到办好通钢的事情关键在党,基础在职工,必须通过扎实有效的职工群众工作,为打赢生存攻坚战提供动力支撑。
