采用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对增设挡板后浮选机内流场进行了气液2相数值模拟。通过对矿浆循环量、气泡轴向速度、湍流强度的分析得出:循环量改变后浮选机流场更加合理。最后使用不同挡板面积的浮选机做了浮选试验,试验结果表明:减小高位循环量后,精煤产率增幅最高可达7.57%,尾煤灰分提高了8.46%。
The numerical simulation of gas-liquid 2-phase flow field in the flotation machine with baffle was carried out by using computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT. Through the analysis of pulp circulation rate, bubble axial velocity and turbulence intensity, it is concluded that the flotation flow field is more reasonable when the circulation rate changes. Finally, flotation experiments were carried out using flotation machines with different baffle areas. The experimental results show that the maximum yield of refined coal increases up to 7.57% and the tail coal ash content increases 8.46% after reducing the high circulating amount.
