锻造机的应用随着经济的发展越来越广泛。针对径向锻造机中锤头的受力及修复情况展开研究,基于UG与ANSYS软件模拟出锻造过程中锤头的受力及磨损情况,结合锤头的受力及磨损情况探讨了再制造锤头堆焊技术特点及堆焊工艺。
