目的探讨宫外孕流产致破裂出血的临床情况及治疗。方法对我院治疗宫外孕行药物流产导致破裂出血患者30例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者均在手术前进行B超检查,腹穿治疗12例,后穹窿穿刺18例。治疗时,对所有患者均进行腹腔镜或剖腹探查,发现患者腹腔有不同程度的积血。结论宫外孕患者药物流产前应进行全面的妇科及B超检查。
Objective To investigate the clinical situation and treatment of ruptured hemorrhage caused by ectopic pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 30 cases of patients with ruptured bleeding induced by medical abortion in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients underwent B-ultrasound before surgery. Twelve patients underwent abdominal puncture and 18 after posterior fornix punctures. At the time of treatment, laparoscopy or laparotomy was performed on all patients and found that patients had different degrees of hemorrhage in the abdominal cavity. Conclusion Ectopic pregnancy patients should undergo a comprehensive gynecological examination and B-ultrasound before medical abortion.
