目的 了解已婚女教职工妇科疾病的发病规律,为妇女保健工作提供科学依据.方法 对受检的307名女教职工进行常规妇检、阴道分泌物检查、宫颈刮片、B超、乳腺常规检查、红外线乳腺扫描检查.结果 307例受检者,患病249例,患病率81.11％.乳腺疾病居首位,其次是慢性宫颈炎.结论 对女教职工定期实施妇科查体,利于妇科常见病及恶性肿瘤的早发现、早诊断、早治疗.应加强普查后的防治、随访工作、加强妇科保健知识的宣传力度,提高女性健康水平.
