水冷振动炉排直燃生物质锅炉炉膛温度受多种因素影响,如炉排的振动、炉膛内烟气浓度分布等,目前国内现运行的水冷振动炉排直燃生物质电厂中基本采用两种测温方式:热电偶和红外线测温仪。从不同方面对两种测温方式进行了比较。炉膛温度是反映燃烧过程的重要参数,锅炉效率降低,炉膛结焦,炉管爆破,炉膛爆炸乃至NO_x的生成大都和炉内温度有关,并且振动炉排生物质锅炉的炉排振动过程中会使炉膛燃烧不稳定,使得温度测量结果有波动,炉膛温度的周期性波动对机组的自动化控制有很大影响,因此准确测量炉膛温度对于炉膛安全以及机组控制有极为重要的意义。
