为了得到更好的过滤材料以用在分体式空调机上,从而减少室内可吸入颗粒物的浓度,本文介绍了一种新型熔喷驻极体过滤材料。介绍了在不同风量下对其过滤性能进行测试的结果,讨论了各项性能指标的变化规律;并对其在空调机上的应用效果进行了测试。结果表明:该种滤料具有高效、低阻、容尘量大的特点,在空调机上实际应用的效果也不错,具有一定的实用价值。
In order to get a better filter material to be used in a split air conditioners to reduce the concentration of indoor respirable particulate matter, a new meltblown electret filter material is introduced. The results of testing the filtration performance under different air flow rates are introduced. The changing rules of each performance index are discussed. The application effect on the air conditioner is also tested. The results show that the filter has the characteristics of high efficiency, low resistance and large dust holding capacity. The practical application of the filter in the air conditioner is also good and has certain practical value.
