《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》(以下简称《劳动合同法》)于今年1月1日起施行,该法的施行对于完善劳动合同制度,保护劳动者合法权益,促进社会主义和谐社会建设都具有十分重要的意义。近期,中华全国总工会专门下发了通知,引导用人单位与职工正确理解和运用这部法律,为实现党的十七大提出的构建和谐劳动关系创造良好条件。
