我们农村初中当前的管理模式相对滞后,在班主任的管理上存在多种倾向.我们应该在时代发展、社会进步的同时更新我们的观念:要充许学生犯错误,然后班主任用自己的言传身教和人格魅力去纠正学生的错误,既当学生的严师慈母,又当学生亲密无间的朋友.
