矿山充填可以保护有限的土地资源,节约开支,实现矿山的无废排放,减少重大安全隐患。采用取自程潮铁矿的全尾砂为骨料、普通425#水泥为胶结剂进行配比实验,针对影响充填体强度的灰砂比、龄期及料浆浓度这3个因素进行沉降实验、黏度实验、塌落度实验,基于216个试样的单轴抗压强度数据,分析得到充填体抗压强度与这3个因素均呈现正相关,依据28 d充填体抗压强度指标确定适合程潮铁矿的充填体配比,可以为程潮铁矿充填采矿工艺参数的选取提供理论依据。
