利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对植物新疆大戟挥发油化学成分进行了分析研究。从该植物挥发油中分到52个成分,鉴定出49个成分,所鉴定的成分占挥发油色谱总峰面积97.54%。
Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Xinjiang Dagu. From the volatile oil of the plant, 52 components were identified and 49 components were identified. The identified components accounted for 97.54% of the total peak area of the volatile oil chromatogram.
