先从一个人道起。萧庆伦,哈佛大学终身教授,曾任美国联邦政府经济顾问,耄耋之年活力不减,近年更频繁往来于中美医改之间,属泰斗、大师级人物。老先生的影响力,来自他在卫生经济学领域尤其是医疗保险付费方式的毕生研究与道行。同样受到尊敬的还有美国DRGs之父、DRGs之母等。尽管对美国支离破碎的医保体系不敢恭维,但这些一流的专家是值得人们敬重的。
Start with a human first. Xiao Qinglun is a tenured professor at Harvard University. He used to be an economic adviser to the U.S. federal government. His energy was not diminished in recent years. In recent years, he has enjoyed frequent exchanges between China and the United States in medical reform. Mr. Lao’s influence comes from his life-long research and practice in the field of health economics, especially the payment of health insurance. Also respected are the fathers of DRGs in the United States and the mother of DRGs. Despite the flamboyance of the fragmented health care system in the United States, these first-rate specialists deserve people’s respect.
