省委书记要亲自抓党报,坚持用党报指导工作、推动工作,这不仅是无产阶级政党的光荣传统,而且是由无产阶级政党的阶级性质决定的;不仅是省委书记的一种工作方法,而且是省委书记群众路线的意识强不强的一种体现。 抓好党报,不仅是用正确的舆论引导人的需要,而且也是用党的路线、方针、政策来引导舆论的需要。无产阶级政党由其阶级性决定了其所作的一切,都是为了无产阶级和人民群众的最大利益,并且都必须紧紧依靠无产阶级及人民群众的支持和参与。党除了无产阶级和人民群众的利益之外,没有自己的特殊利益。
