邯宝公司是河北钢铁集团邯钢公司(以下简称邯钢公司)为“结构优化产业升级总体规划”项目而设的企业。该项目于2005年12月31日获得国家发改委正式批复,2010年底全面投产。邯宝公司具有年产460万吨粗钢产能,装备、技术、工艺均与世界先进水平同步,产品为目前国内较为短缺的管线钢、汽车板、家电板等高附加值产品。邯宝公司人力资源部创新实施一体化管理模式,主要人力资源指标达到国内一流水平。
