做好思想政治工作,必须首先解决好落实责任的问题,并纳入工作经营目标进行考核,使思想政治工作由“软指标”变为“硬指标”。随着市场经济体制改革的不断深入,金融行业从业人员的价值观念日渐多样化,给金融业发展带来诸多新挑战。加强思想政治工作,教育和引导广大从业人员为金融改革发展贡献智慧和力量,显得尤为重要。存在的问题对思想政治工作建设重视不够对加强思想政治工作的重要性认识不统一、不到位,缺乏应有的政治敏锐性。
To do a good job in ideological and political work, we must first solve the problem of carrying out the responsibility and incorporate the objective of work and management into examination so that the ideological and political work will be changed from “soft index ” to “hard index ”. With the continuous deepening of the reform of the market economy system, the diversification of the values of practitioners in the financial industry has brought many new challenges to the development of the financial industry. It is especially important to strengthen ideological and political work, educate and guide the vast numbers of practitioners to contribute wisdom and strength to the financial reform and development. The existing problems do not attach enough importance to the construction of ideological and political work. The understanding of the importance of strengthening ideological and political work is not uniform, is not in place, and lacks the political sensitivity that it deserves.
