用华矮837早稻作试验品种,研究了20℃、30℃、40℃温度下,稻谷吸附与解吸相对湿度ERH与平衡含水量EMC关系。应用四种常用的农业物料吸附等温线模型,对稻谷吸附与解吸数据进行了拟合,比较了其适应性。结果表明:稻谷吸附等温线与同温度下解吸等温线不重合,有明显的滞后环。在吸附过程中,若RH不变,温度降低,吸附量增加;在解吸过程中,若RH不变,温度升高,解吸量则增加。四种模型的拟合及适应性比较结果说明,修正Henderson模型与G.A.B模型有良好适应性。
The experiment was conducted to study the relationship between the relative humidity (RH) of adsorption and desorption of paddy rice (ERH) and the equilibrium water content at 20 ℃, 30 ℃ and 40 ℃ using Hua-dai 837 as the early rice. Four kinds of commonly used agricultural material adsorption isotherm models were applied to fit the data of paddy adsorption and desorption, and their adaptability was compared. The results showed that the isothermal adsorption of rice was not coincident with the desorption isotherm at the same temperature, and there was obvious hysteresis loop. In the adsorption process, if RH constant, the temperature decreases, the adsorption capacity increases; in the desorption process, if the RH constant, the temperature increases, the amount of desorption increases. Fitting and adaptability comparison of the four models shows that the modified Henderson model and G. A. B model has good adaptability.
