目前国内中型露天矿普遍使用73-200型潜孔钻机进行穿孔作业。该机的干式除尘所属捕尘罩原设计为平截正圆锥体。经使用发现其缺点有三: 1、寿命短、损坏严重,冲击破碎后的岩石颗粒经高压气流以极高速度与力量从孔底吹出,并连续不断撞击捕尘罩,特别是开孔作业时更为严重。虽其内壁有胶状涂料起缓冲作用,但由于该罩直径小,效果并不理想。据统计平均钻孔进尺260米就需更换破烂不堪的罩子。 2、冲击破碎后的排出岩石,小颗粒被吸走,大颗粒则被堆积在孔边捕尘罩内,如不经常用人排渣,会导致颗粒堆高,最终塌陷重新掉
