目的:了解美沙酮门诊工作人员的职业倦怠状况,并分析其原因,探讨相应的应对方式。方法:采用马斯洛职业倦怠量表(MBI)对昆明地区美沙酮维持治疗门诊的102名工作人员进行调查。结果:1.美沙酮门诊工作人员有较高的职业倦怠率(各维度评分达到中度倦怠以上的人数>80%),2.正式编制职工在工作成就感维度得分明显低于聘用职工(P<0.05),聘用职工在去人格化维度得分明显高于正式职工(P<0.05)。结论:1美沙酮门诊职业倦怠问题比较严重,值得重视;2.正式编制职工与聘用职工职业倦怠倾向有所不同,需采取相对应的干预措施。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the occupational burnout status of methadone clinics and to analyze its causes and to explore corresponding coping styles. METHODS: A total of 102 workers in the methadone maintenance treatment clinic in Kunming were investigated using Maslow’s Job Burnout Scale (MBI). Methadone clinic staff have a higher rate of occupational burnout (each dimension reaches more than 80% of the people who have medium burnout), and 2. The scores of formal compilation staff’s job accomplishment dimension are obviously lower than that of employed staff (P < 0.05). The hired staff had significantly higher scores on depersonalization than the regular staff (P <0.05). Conclusion: 1 Methadone outpatient occupational burnout more serious, it is worth attention; 2. The formal preparation of staff and employers occupational burnout tendencies are different, the need to take appropriate interventions.
