随着高校不断扩招,学生就业面临越来越大的压力,也给中职教育教学带来了较大挑战。提高教学质量,增强中职学生的素质,是增强中职学生就业竞争力的重要途径。然而中职学生与同龄学生有很大不同就是学生的学习能力和素质参差不齐,亟须开展分层次教学。如何将分层次教学运用到中职数学教学中,首先应对分层次教学的基本内涵进行深刻厘清,由此出发结合教学现状,深入地探究分层次教学的实践运用,旨在提高教学质量,使数学教学符合社会就业方向,提升中职学生的就业率。
With the continuous expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, students are facing more and more pressure on employment, but also to higher vocational education and teaching has brought greater challenges.
