一、前言 近30多年来来 柴油机发展迅速。在此情况下,活塞受到机械负荷与热负荷大幅度增加。为防止铝活塞顶产生裂纹,其温度不能超过350 ℃~375℃;另外,为保持润滑良好,防止积炭, 不使环槽迅速磨损,第一道环槽温度应控制在200~220℃以下。为此在铝活塞的第一或第一、二道环槽处镶铸奥氏体铸铁耐磨镶圈(以下简称耐磨镶圈),在活塞顶靠镶圈附近用水溶盐芯或电子束焊接制出振荡冷却油道。人们一般把这种活塞称做为振荡油冷活塞。根据冷却油道成形方法的不同,又把这种活塞区分为盐芯活塞与电子束焊接活塞。本文将要研究的是如图1所示的Φ100~200mm盐芯活塞。
