钩虫病是我省农村普遍流行的寄生虫病,严重危害广大贫下中农的健康。在钩虫病治疗方面,过去多应用四氯乙烯、灭虫宁等药。这些药物虽有一定疗效,但副作用较大,群众不易接受。为进一步探讨疗效高、副反应低的药物疗法,1974年我们在中山、东莞等地,结合当地钩曳病普查普治,用小剂量灭虫宁合并驱虫净治疗钩虫病的疗效观察。
