该丧礼文献乃系传统村落文化田野考察所得,是相对于我国古代官方“国礼”文献而言的“村礼”“族礼”“家礼”新见文献。因而,《文公家礼·丧礼》一方面其体现了官方大传统下的儒家正统丧礼的观念,另一方面因受历史、地域以及包括佛道在内的其他文化体系的影响而自成特色,是研究清代湖南地区社会风情、地方历史文化尤其是民间丧礼的重要新见史料,颇具文献史料价值。
The funeral literature is based on the field investigation of traditional village culture, and is a new reference to “village ceremony ” “family ceremony ” “family ceremony ” relative to the ancient official “national ceremony” literature in our country. Therefore, “public courtesy ceremony and funeral ceremony” on the one hand embodies the concept of orthodox Confucianism and funeral under the official tradition, on the other hand, it is characterized by history, geography and other cultural systems including Buddhism and Taoism, It is an important historical material for studying the social customs and local history and culture in Hunan Province, especially the funeral ceremony in the Qing Dynasty, which is quite historical and valuable.
