高等职业教育肩负着培养技术、生产、管理、服务等领域的应用型专门人才的重任,高职英语作为高等职业教育教学的一门基础课,其教学应坚持以应用为目的、实用为主、学用结合,强调基础性、实用性和针对性。然而,目前我国的高职英语教学的状况却不容乐观,高职英语依然沿袭大学本科英语教学的模式,高职特色没有得到体现,所培养的学生并不完全具备扎实的专业技能和较强的外语应用能力。本文从转变思想观念、改进教学方法等方面对高职英语教学改革提出一些看法和见解。
Higher vocational education shoulders the heavy responsibility of applying specialized talents in the fields of technology, production, management and service. Higher vocational English, as a basic course of higher vocational education, should insist on application as its purpose and practicality as the mainstay Combination, emphasizing the basic, practical and targeted. However, at present, the situation of English teaching in higher vocational schools in our country is not optimistic. Higher vocational English still follows the model of undergraduate English teaching, and the characteristics of higher vocational education are not reflected. The students who are trained are not fully equipped with solid professional skills and strong Foreign language application ability. This article puts forward some opinions and opinions on the reform of English teaching in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of changing the concepts and improving the teaching methods.
