所谓“三·五·一班级激励模式”就是班级辅导员思想政治工作中的三项基本目标、五种激励策略和一个坚持,它充分地体现了“以学生为本”的科学发展观,符合学生个性心理发展特点,符合教育规律。它肯定了学生的自我认同感,促进了学生的竞争,给予学生主动参与班级活动的的机会,激发了学生的潜能,能使每个学生都在激励中健康、快乐、全面的发展。
