县级党校的专题课教学在很大程度上存在着难以适应新形势、新任务的要求,难以推动干部教育培训工作新跨越的问题。改变县级党校专题课教学的现状,应着力加强软件建设。
To a large extent, the special subject teaching in county-level party schools is hard to adapt to the requirements of the new situation and new tasks and can hardly promote the new leap forward of cadre education and training work. To change the status quo of county-level special subject course teaching, efforts should be made to strengthen software construction.
