专家建议:除政策推动外,还须完善发展大环境【本刊讯】国家能源局10月30日对外发布《页岩气产业政策》,提出要采取财政扶持、直接补贴、税收激励、关税减免等支持政策,加快发展页岩气产业,并将页岩气纳入国家战略性新兴产业。不过业内专家也指出,要真正调动参与各方的积极性,让中国页岩气产业快速启动、健康发展,除了政策推动,政府还应注重完善页岩气产业发展大环境。
