保监会已与公安部消防局、国家安全生产监督管理局、卫生部就火灾公众责任保险、煤炭雇主责任保险、医师、院方职业责任保险等进行联合调研,在北京、上海、广东、深圳、海南、山西、河北、吉林、安徽等九省市启动了各类责任保险的试点工作。
China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) has conducted joint investigations with the Public Security Fire Bureau, the State Administration of Work Safety, and the Ministry of Health on public liability fire insurance, liability insurance for coal employers, and occupational liability insurance for doctors and hospital personnel in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Shenzhen and Hainan , Shanxi, Hebei, Jilin, Anhui and other nine provinces and cities to start all kinds of liability insurance pilot work.
